Contract ASP.net, Ironspeed, and VB.net programmer for Kevin Stewart Productions. Web Development for Event and performer schedules, Budgets, Payments, Payroll, Authorizations, Inner-Office communications, Media Uploads, Related Vendor expense tracking, and Concert Ticket e-Commerce http://www.123ksp.com. Took increasing complex schedule of varied performers, locations, stage hands, and performances at various casinos and made them more manageable through internet programming. Transferred the logistics and workflow to a KSP website and worked with Kevin Stewart to design this effort. This allowed various employees in different locations to coordinate their efforts and be informed as to the progress of the event while staying in budget. This has greatly helped KSP to increase sales and take on more varied performances in the United States and Canada.
Contract VB.net Visual Studio 2010 programmer for Software Dissertation Company. Created / Designed desktop software in Windows to help doctoral students. Used the 271 page American Psychological Association Manual extensively in the creation of this product. This desktop product integrates Microsoft Word with vb.net to manipulate and collect the needed information for these varied and sometimes complicated formatting requirements used by the APA. It will also automatically build the reference table inside their doctoral dissertation, backup their document, connect to the right template, transfer selected references to other student research papers required by the University, and a variety of other tasks. The product has helped thousands of students write their doctoral dissertations more efficiently and more accurately. This software product has helped BOLD Educational Software maintain a strong connection with the University of Phoenix and other schools throughout the United States.
Simplified complex system for a skylight manufacturing company through on-line automation. Designed implemented and published company website that now automatically calculates the prices, options and extras for their skylights. This resulted in a decrease in the time required to write estimates for prospective customers and projects thus beating the competition and increasing sales.
Contract VB-SQL programmer for Management Health Services in Ontario California. Created / Modified VB program to act as a utility clean up for management processes. Wrote VBA program to imbed transcription data into relevant MS Word documents. Modified existing MS Access program to improve accuracy of document transcription turn-around time statistics.
Contract VB programmer for Gateway Title Company in Burbank California. Wrote program to automatically notify sales agents of any new escrow office sales orders. Included VBA interface to e-mail from Microsoft Outlook.
Contract Programmer for Imagisoft in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Using Visual Basic 6 wrote and designed financial Planning Software for major Life Insurance Companies including Waddell & Reed. Wrote and designed virtual calculators to calculate the following: the maximum contribution and impact of investing in an IRA verses a taxable savings account, the maximum contribution for a 457 Plan, the estimated cost of retirement based on life expectancy for self and spouse, the maximum contributions available for self-employed retirement plans under Keogh and SEP. Used Crystal Reports to print reports and graphs for the above calculators.
Contract programmer and systems analyst for meat packing plant. Used MS Access, SQL and Visual Basic to design and write all custom programs. Designed and wrote manifest and bill of lading system to track all out going trucking information. Complete Inventory program to track packaging materials. Paychex payroll interface program to track all payroll checks. Built interface program to collect and track all checks from Wells Fargo telecommunications program. Engineered software program to send trucking and invoice data to major meat buyer through STX telecommunications system. Created separate program to send shipping schedules through same STX software. Wrote program to send laboratory testing analysis of meat samples to major meat purchaser with multiple custom reports to internet interface. Designed reports to track back from the manifest data where and when all the meat was shipped from any one day’s production. Designed and created reports to track daily meat production volume using embedded SQL code in VB program.
Consultant for Encore Entertainment an insurance agency. Directed all aspects of data processing. Directed implementation of new software and formulated necessary design changes for package software. Directed and taught programmers on methods and properties of custom entertainment insurance rating processes. Tested and verified custom programming changes and directed implementation of new customized software system.

Netware Systems Administrator/Programmer Analyst for Medical Transcription Corporation. Responsible for all aspects of network installation and IT, to include configuration, cabling, network trouble shooting training, and support of network. Managed 48 node Network with two servers. Installed computers at dozens of Hospitals and became familiar with the administrative staff at these hospitals. Analyzed needs and requirements, and coded programs to automate the collection of data from 53 off-site workers via modems, and automatically upload information. Designed and implemented programs to collect and upload data via modems to 19 remote hospital computer installations.
